AIRDO is a regional oriented Japanese airline that likes to contribute to development of Hokkaido, so when The Pokémon Company proposed painting one of its airplanes as part of a ‘Pokémon Local Act, it was only too delighted to be involved.

The design has been brought to life in partnership with AkzoNobel Aerospace Coatings, and specifically by using AkzoNobel’s Aerodur 3001/3002 basecoat clearcoat system to give the airplane the standout performance it deserves, both in terms of the brilliance and vibrancy of the colors and the durability of the coating in a challenging environment.

Akzo Nobel repurchased shares. "AkzoNobel (AKZA; AKZOY) has repurchased 216,934 of its own common shares in the period from May 31, 2021, up to and including June 4, 2021, at an average price of €105.75 per share. The consideration of the repurchase was €22.94 million.

This is part of a repurchase program announced on February 17, 2021. AkzoNobel intends to repurchase common shares up to a value of €1 billion. The total number of shares repurchased under this program to date is 1,352,575 ordinary shares for a total consideration of €138.95 million."
